SAINT BERNARDS CONGREGATION – VILLAGE OF WAUWATOSA
This generational project will transform the Saint Bernards Congregation site at 7474 Harwood Avenue in the heart of downtown Wauwatosa into a thoughtfully designed residential community. The project will transform the former Catholic church and school into a market-rate development.
Key features include:
- 153 apartment units in a C-shaped building design with an open courtyard.

THE EAGLEKNIT @ 507 S. 2ND STREET
