It’s truly a pleasure being a tenant here at the Druml Co building.  We rarely need help but when we do, it’s done immediately or shortly thereafter.  Heidi is always pleasant and great to work with and Ed is extremely knowledgeable about everything and anything that might need a little tweaking.  We’re grateful to have such a wonderful team to work with.

We have been renting at Center and 92nd Street since 2009. We originally rented a suite upstairs and recently moved into another suite on the street level. In the 9 years that we have been renting from Druml, we have had an excellent experience. Any and all concerns and requests were met with expedient follow up. The building is well maintained, clean, well lit, and safe. The other tenants are nice, quiet, and respectful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely give our recommendation to another prospective tenant.

While leasing from a few property management companies over the last 20 years- all seem very eager, responsive and accommodating while negotiating the lease you are about to sign.  Where The Druml Company sets itself apart — acting in that same manner during the entire term of your lease.  

Such a rarity to find a company who continues to provide great service as well as accommodating long after you move in!  The cleanliness and “not cutting any corners” are staples of who they are.
